I focus on taking a lifestyle approach to nutrition to bridge the gap between the 'win at all costs' mentality and the 'non-diet' approach to nutrition to help my clients to meet their health and performance goals, without having to sacrifice their entire life in the process.

I believe that one of my strengths as a coach is my sense of empathy. I won’t tell you to just work harder if things get difficult, what I will do is help you to work through your problems rationally and logically while understanding the challenges that you are facing, no matter how small or trivial they might seem to you.

What to expect from the coaching relationship?


While the fundamental components of coaching remain the same, my coaching relationship looks a little bit different with each of my clients, and we’ll let that evolve organically over time.

This is, after all, about you!

What I won’t be doing is telling you exactly what to do and exactly what to eat.

What I will be doing is asking you challenging, thought provoking questions and guiding you towards the answers. Think of it more as guided discovery, rather than simply throwing information at you and expecting you just to do what I say.

Because there isn’t a one size fits all model.

Option 1: Ongoing 1:1 Coaching

  • An initial 30 minute consultation via video call

  • A bespoke nutrition strategy tailored to you and your goals 

  • A weekly online check in with extensive feedback and action points

  • A monthly catch up via Zoom or phone call

  • Unlimited email support so that you can ask questions or get additional guidance whenever you need 

  • Close monitoring to make sure you're making progress towards your goals

  • Access to C.F Nutrition resources

  • Training and exercise support 

£200 per month

Option 2: 90 Day Nutrition boost

If you've got BIG goals or just want to completely overhaul your diet, this high impact, high contact coaching option might be for you! 

What you'll get: ​​

  • An initial 60 minute nutrition consultation via video call

  • A detailed, bespoke nutrition strategy tailored to you and your goals

  • A weekly online check in with detailed video and written feedback

  • A 30-60 minute video call every 30 days 

  • Ongoing email support and adjustments to the nutrition strategy as required

  • Unlimited access to 30 minute problem solving sessions (fair usage policy applies)

  • Close monitoring of your progress to make sure you're staying on track towards your goals

  • Personalised resources tailored to suit your goals and lifestyle

£1200 for 90 days of support

Option 3: Problem solving session

Just need some of your burning nutrition questions answered? A Problem Solving Session is the option for you.

What you'll get: 


  • A 30 minute, one to one video call to work through any specific nutrition issues you may be facing.

  • A chance to ask the questions that you want to know the answers to.

  • Booked at a time to suit you (some evening and weekend slots available).

  • Session booked as and when you need them.
