While performance is the main focus of this resource, there's a strong emphasis on health, wellbeing, loving the food you eat and making it all work for you around your lifestyle.

Hi, I'm Charlotte, a qualified and experienced Performance and Lifestyle Nutritionist.
I hold a BSc in Nutritional Science and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Nutrition, as well as having a wealth of experience working in Nutrition education, with professional and recreational athletes and sports teams, and with fat loss and lifestyle clients.
